At Orli Jewellery, we want you to love your new pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Fill out the returns form included in your original parcel, clearly stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size or style.
Secure Your Parcel
Carefully pack your items to prevent damage during transit and address the package to our Glasgow-based quality control department.
Ship and Track
Post your return using a tracked service and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
